Ask around the New London area, and you’ll find just about everyone knows Dawn. That isn’t surprising: She’s made a career of giving people fun, rewarding, unforgettable experiences in everything she does, and has translated her love of New London into helping propel the city’s recent resurgence.
Creating 385 Bank is just the latest adventure for Dawn, who has a wealth of experience treating people to a good time. Beginning her journey as a tourism and travel expert, she made the transition to hospitality, and has over 16 years’ experience as a food and beverage manager, including as the owner/ operator of local restaurants. Now with 385 Bank she brings New London its newest destination for great food and great times. She is also the owner of RE/MAX Admiral, an acclaimed real estate agency located right down the street from the restaurant, and has been engaged in supporting numerous local events and organizations.
Dawn is passionate about presenting the highest standards of quality and service to everyone who walks through the door of any of her businesses, and couples that with a zest for life and a boundless creativity that makes innovation central to her success. That’s what you’ll find at 385 Bank – a place as unique, vibrant, and committed to putting a smile on your face as Dawn is herself!
Eric Delano knows his way around a kitchen – after all, he’s spent three decades serving up amazing meals all over the country, and making a name for himself with his always imaginative and utterly delicious creations. Eric’s stellar culinary skills have been put to work in just about every kind of venue imaginable, ranging from major resorts to gourmet restaurants, and even the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, where he was one of just five chefs chosen to oversee feeding athletes and attendees.
Eric’s abilities have garnered attention throughout his outstanding career. He has participated in cooperative education programs with the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson and Wales University, Le Cordon Bleu, and Southern New Hampshire University. He has appeared on television shows, been featured in radio promotions and magazine articles, made the scene at numerous culinary competitions, and is an active member of the American Culinary Federation.
It is the good fortune of New London that Eric makes his home in the area, and his work as executive chef at several restaurants in the city have always kept diners coming back for more. He is excited to bring his vision, craft, and no-corners-cut ethic to 385 Bank, where he is continuing his lifelong dedication to giving people the kind of eating experience they’ll never forget.
